Provider Enrollment & Applications Coordinator
Provider Enrollment & Applications Coordinator
RISE Services LLC | Part-Time | $20–$25/hour
Are you the kind of person who can take a complicated application, figure out exactly what it is asking for, organize all the pieces, and make sure nothing gets missed?
We want to talk to you.
RISE Services LLC is expanding services in multiple states, and we are looking for a highly organized Provider Enrollment & Applications Coordinator to help us complete and track government provider applications.
Our initial focus is Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Kentucky.
You will primarily work on applications involving:
- Medicaid provider enrollment
- Medicaid waiver programs
- Vocational rehabilitation provider enrollment
- Other state human-services provider applications
You do NOT need to already be a Medicaid expert.
We can provide organizational and program information. What we need is someone who is excellent at applications, research, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
You will take ownership of the administrative application process.
That means:
- Reading application instructions and figuring out exactly what is required
- Creating checklists
- Completing applications and online forms
- Gathering documents from different departments
- Uploading documentation to government portals
- Researching requirements using official government resources
- Tracking what has been submitted and what is still missing
- Following up with agencies
- Keeping application files organized
- Tracking deadlines
- Responding to requests for additional information
- Making sure applications don’t sit untouched for weeks because someone forgot to follow up
When an application asks a question that requires a compliance, financial, clinical, or executive decision, you’ll identify it and get the answer from the appropriate person rather than guessing.
You Might Be a Great Fit If…
You’re a college student or recent graduate who is extremely organized.
You’re an administrative professional who loves checklists.
You’ve worked in credentialing, healthcare administration, licensing, government contracting, human services, or compliance.
You have paralegal-type skills and enjoy researching requirements and assembling documentation.
Or you’re simply the person everyone gives the complicated paperwork to because you actually get it finished.
Prior Medicaid experience is helpful, but it is not required.
What Matters Most
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Can follow complicated written instructions
- Is comfortable researching information independently
- Learns new computer systems quickly
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Communicates professionally with government agencies
- Follows up without needing repeated reminders
- Knows when to ask a question rather than make an assumption
- Takes ownership of getting a project across the finish line
